Job Description: Based at either Kenosha, WI Corporate or Columbus, OH facility with travel to Kenosha, WI Corporate offices, Columbus, OH facility and Frankfort, IN facility. COMPENSATION: Salary range based on experience. Medical benefits, 401K, relocation expenses. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Must have experience with cooked meat products including formulas, process and equipment. Preferred experience with impingement cooking process. JOB DESCRIPTION: This position reports directly to the Director of R&D. Candidate will work closely with Sales/Marketing and production personnel. Project Manager preferred but will consider Technician with sufficient experience. Position requires working independently, establishing timelines for completion of projects and prioritizing. The position also requires attention to detail while formulating, sourcing of ingredients and implementing initial production of R&D projects. This position will also require working directly with customers. Primary responsibility will be to develop and implement cooked products at Columbus and cooked crumble products at Frankfort. |
